Order Processing

Most orders are handmade or prepared to order and are normally dispatched within two working days.

During busy periods, holidays or temporary shop breaks, dispatch may take up to seven working days. When an extended processing time applies, a notice showing the expected dispatch date will be displayed on the website.

Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK bank holidays.

UK Delivery

Free UK delivery is included using Royal Mail Second Class. Royal Mail aims to deliver Second Class post within three working days after dispatch, although this is not guaranteed.

You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout. This service includes tracking and aims to arrive the next working day after dispatch. Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed next-day service.

Selecting a delivery upgrade does not shorten the time needed to make and prepare your order.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed. Postal delays can occasionally occur and are outside our control.

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering to check whether it can be met.
